- $25 application fee to run credit / background check per tenant/guarantor
- No pets allowed. Special considerations may be made in unique situations,
but insurance, proof of vaccinations/shots/etc and additional security will
be required.
- No smoking allowed
- 12-month lease minimum
- 1st month rent & 1-month security in advance.
Tenant must have the first month's rent and security paid
prior to taking possession.
